Grind In's of 12/7/07

SO here is some more work that is done this last week. I certainly like the Red Kneed Tarantula and hello kitty those came out great. As for the snowboarder and the cow spots those are 2 designs that are part of the labs regular list of grind ins but I just gave them a little touch up to help out the design. The Brooks logo came in with the patients design (drawing) of how they wanted it so I really had to stick with it but since it was a special I thought I would add it anyway. Now on to the Tree Lighting Festival. ------Erik

Snoqualmie Falls and the Begining of the Storm

Well here are a few pictures of the day before the storm on a trip to Snoqualmie Falls and the Chateau St. Michelle. Stephanie will be the model for today’s pictures and she says hi to the blogger world since she has no time to play on her site anymore. So the day started out great and as soon as it started to snow it never got any better. Nuff said -----Erik

Flooding (December 03, 07)

So just alittle of the fun I got to help out with. It was quite amazing how fast this all came about. Got though the day on 4 pairs of socks and my boots and shoes are still wet. ------Erik

Crane

Something else I did with more of a water color feel to it. -----Erik

Water Color Koi (with markers)

Here is a little step by step process of how I got this Koi from start to finish. ----Erik

Praying Mantis

Well I found out that someone else has one as a pet, so I decided to draw one since it was on my mind. Nothing to special, I just tried to stay away from the ink lines and concentrate on just the colors. -----Erik

Grind In's of 11/30/07

Well here are the special grind in's that I did this week. On Monday I did this cocapelli grind in but left my camera at home. The background was yellow and the little character guy was dark green with silver glitter. This is a real quick representation of it. Yea. The other retainer is a Phoenix Suns logo, which was quite fun to do and thought it came out quite nice. Hope you enjoy. -----Erik

Scavenger Monkey (Color)

OK I think I'm done. I hope you guys enjoy. Take a look and you'll see the ether bottle and the yellow hat from "Curious George." -----Erik

Scavenger Monkey (Ink)

Next step on the project. ----Erik

Graffiti Wall (Finished)

Well here it is finished and all. I would like to thank Mike and Monica for the help I wouldn't have gotten it done with out you. For my first time it went quite well and fast it only took us about an hour and a half to finish it and that’s with priming the wall too. Next time though just a few more cans of spray paint and yes it is already covered over isn’t that a shame at least they could of covered it up with something good. Ideas are already in the head for the next one. -----Erik

Here is the pencil sketch to my Scavenger Monkey entry I'm working on for another blog that I joined called StoopidFish. http://stoopidfish.blogspot.com/

Where did the sun go?

So now I really miss the sun. No shorts and t-shirts make me uncomfortable. Waking up and having my car frosted over, I just don’t see the fun in that. ----Erik
