Christmas Tree Fun

Well my mom was in town and we needed a Christmas tree. So after the late breakfast and the fun at bowling we still had a few stops to do. So bought a little potted tree that looked like it needed some love, or character depending on how you look at it. We picked up some lights at Target and a few ornaments, maybe 3 I think. But that wouldn’t cover our tree. So I had an idea so we ran into party city and picked up a few things. Take a gander at the pictures and tell me what you see. That’s right green army men and red plastic firefighters, there is also a really cool Spiderman one also thanks to G'becca, that explains the hug, and our teams pose with us spraying our webs (and Austin making sure he gets the fingering correct. We finished off the night with snowflakes; I'll let you decide whose is whose. -----Erik

Bowling (Austins First time)

So long story short Mom was in town and Austin has never been bowling. So after breakfast Mom, Randy, Austin and I all head over to the bowling alley and get the cool shoes on. So we start off with picking our secret code names first. Spiderman (Austin) Big Bot (Randy) G-Bacca I'll explain this one. G for Grandma and he calls her G'becca for Rebecca but the Bacca comes from Chewbacca from star wars yes Austin is very clever. Han Solo that should be an easy one who else is the smart ass of the bunch (I'll take that prize.) So the game started with the bumpers up since there was a big party ahead of us so we just left them up. But to think about it we really didn’t use them that much (they came in a little handy) I started off giving Austin a little help getting the bowling ball down the track but the second game was all him. Plus he was the first out of all of us to get a strike (hence the crossed hands for the strike.) Over all great pictures and even a better time we won't talk about Randy get 5 strikes in a row. -----Erik

Fun at Kinkos

Well I had to run off a few copies of my artwork for a friend, so I had to go through all my portfolios and Austin happpened to throw his head over my shoulder and pick out quite a lot of copies that he wanted also. So after about 40 think card stock photo copies the job was done. -----Erik

Grind In's of 12/15/07

Well not much this week as far as grind in' at the lab here are the 2 that stood out. The top one is a Grizzly Bear with a tiger background, and the other is an octopus. There was quite a lot of Seahawk grind in's but I going to stop putting up those since there so regular and the same design. -----Erik

Tree Lighting Festival

OH YES ! What a big success other then it being right at freezing temperature later in the night Austin and i have a great time. We voted at the Teen Art Show, took a look at the Gingerbread House Competition were it said no touching. So I tried talking Austin in to tasting them instead that didn’t quite work out though. We saw Santa arrival via helicopter which is always cool even when you have to watch part of the perimeter as it comes in. Took a train ride and sat on Santa’s lap. Yes I did too and if you look at the Polaroid at the very bottom of all the pictures you can see Santa's hand giving me a good squeeze. Well just had to share all these photos with you out there. -----Erik
